Food Drive Help

Food Drive Help

The government shutdown has caused so much fear especially for mamas. Wondering how you will feed your babies is something no mother should ever have to think. My brother in law is an amazing human being who has inspired me to do something as well. He has created his own Venmo account specifically for donations to buy food for food banks in his town Houston, Texas. He has expressed to me how bad it was there and he was called to take action. I am so proud of him. Below will be links for local food banks in different areas including my brother’s Venmo for his cause. I am someone who has called many places Home, this is important to me to include as many areas that are presented to me. Below is also a form to submit any links that should be included.

Words with Moms is still brand new, but this might help even one family by me including this in my website, and none if I don’t try at all. While we might be seeing the government hopefully open back up again soon, this does not change that there are so many families who could benefit from support from food banks, so this is not something that will go away on Words with Moms. My prayer is that this will reach as many moms who need it as WWM grows. Please consider donating to any of these causes or bringing a new cause to my attention.
